I would like to take this time to inform you of the superior service Gregg and I received from your realtor Gayone Ritchie. We were looking to buy a lot on the ocean in the Placencia/Hopkins area. We came down looking for a lot to retire to and found out after a few trial and errors that there's a few shady companies trying to sell land in Belize. Finally, we met Gayone and she was great. She found us our lot in Sittee Point just outside of Hopkins and she didn't stop there, she explained to me and help me get QRP, open a bank account and find a good contractor. For a realtor she went over and above her duties by taking time and caring on what we needed to move to Belize other than her sale of our lot.
