Born and raised in the Valley Community just off the famous Hummingbird Highway, Gayone is the Owner/Broker of Belize Realty & Relocation Services. Her extensive expertise in Real Estate, Marketing and Offshore Banking over the years has given her the opportunity to pursue and establish her own real estate business. She holds an Associate Degree in Arts with majors in History, Economics and Marketing, and a Bachelor Degree in Tourism Management and Marketing. She also possesses a wealth of knowledge pertaining to Belize’s geography, culture, and socioeconomic climate.
She has worked for well-known real estate companies like Coldwell Banker, and Engel and Völkers Belize where she was recognized as the top Sales Agent and where she assisted past and present clientele with the purchase of Belize properties, and their subsequent relocation to Belize. She also has a wealth of experience in the field of Marketing as she was the Marketing/Membership officer for The Belize Tourism Industry Association, and she was also the Marketing Officer for a condominium building in a highly sought-after area in Belize. Her strong communication skills generated a reputation for the utmost discretion, tact, professionalism, and cross-cultural considerations. Her humble attitude reflects living amidst the Belizean cultures and appreciating the vibrant diversity of ethnicities. Gayone possesses excellent leadership and team building skills, interpersonal skills, good time management, problem solving skills, and consistent and analytical skills which have all shaped her to be the best at what she does.
She is honest, determined, authentic, has a positive attitude, and has worked her way along various career paths. As a result of this, she has developed lasting relationships with locals and expatriates from all over the globe. She enjoys literary works, travelling and gardening in her downtime. She has been able to fully grasp the concepts of strong negotiation and closing skills, and entrepreneurship.
